I liked how comfortable our room was, the fact that our Sheltie could be with us, the breakfast, etc. The staff were always so friendly and helpful.

It started ok. Very clean and nice room. Later realized no hot water. The traffic noise was terrible. Half the lights did not work. In the am the TV did not work. There was a leak under the sink but we did have luck warm water. The good thing was when I reported our issues they were very quick to apologize and explain they were renovating. They gave us a compliment breakfast and took 40$ off the bill. This was more than acceptable. The staff was great especially the waitress.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The shorter lady at the front was very sweet, the other one was a little more pointed than necessary. The lifeguards are very reasonable and kind! Even the staff in the concession stand were friendly, although they were really busy.

Overall we had a wonderful time. Close to home and offered everything we were looking for. The staff was friendly and accomidating. The buffet was good. A nice variety. Food was hot, fresh and tasty! We would stay here again.

the room was spacious and very clean. also very quiet. There was some construction happening at the front of the building so they put me on the other side. I didn’t hear a thing. It was great

Indoor water park, and arcade and buffet all in one. Didn't have to travel outside. Great for kids and family vacation.
